EZEE CLEAN Car Wash

Nice spacious wash bays, excellent automatic wash, plenty of vacuum stations and areas to finish chamois off your vehicle. Gets pretty busy at times but the large clean lot helps reduce too much congestion.

Simple self-service car wash. Nothing remarkable. From good at this car wash convenient location and hot water. I didnt like the car mat clips that didnt hold them well. Not a very convenient payment system and choice of washing program. There is no way to pause to wait until the foam works. And the worst thing is the ability to apply foam to the car with a brush, and not a pressure nozzle. It seems to me that this system needs to be removed, since every time the car is washed with this brush, micro-scratches remain on the paintwork. Please add the possibility of applying foam with a pressure nozzle.

I wanted to bring a serious concern regarding the use of credit cards for payments, specifically at the wash bay automated machines. Recently, I had a troubling experience where I unknowingly ended up spending $40 just to rinse my vehicle at the ez car wash in Stoney Creek. The machines no longer monitor time, but rather how much money they can charge on your credit card without any alarms or alerts. It seems that there is a deliberate effort to confuse customers and charge their credit cards unfairly. I urge you to be very cautious when using your credit card at automated machines. Always double-check the charges and ensure that you are not being overcharged. It is essential to stay vigilant and protect yourself from falling victim to such tactics. Lets all be careful and mindful of our financial transactions to avoid unnecessary expenses.

I normally go out of my way to use this location, but the last two times I've tried to use the automated car wash, after waiting 10+ minutes in line I've been cut off by somebody jumping the line closer to the automated teller. This morning after being cut off again, I pulled forward and the attendant came over, not to ask the car that cut everybody who has been waiting to get in line, but to tell me that I was not allowed to block the bays. Glad to know next time I don't feel like waiting I can just jump the line and 'it'll work itself out'!

This car wash used to be a pretty decent place to get a wash but with this new system I am not impressed. It forces you to go cashless which I dont want to do for a car wash. Its overpriced in my opinion and you still have to clean it yourself. I can still go to a wash that uses mechanical wash and manual shammy drying for 10$ in town( yes they still exist)which I do now.
