Nebo Ultrawash

Great new car wash!!! This is our first time here and we were extremely happy with the finished product. We have the express detailing with an exterior wash. Everybody was really friendly and appeared happy to be there. The outside of the car was dirty and salty and will likely get that way again in the next few days but we really wanted the interior done. The crew working that day did an amazing job, steaming the door panels, carpets and general areas of the car. All the windows were perfectly clear (no streaks at all). The dash, armrests and seats all looked amazing and shiny. The mats were looking spectacular and they even did the cargo/trunk area for us free (there was a promo). I highly recommend this place! For what you pay, you're getting the quality of somewhere way more expensive!

One of the worst car washes I have ever had. Went to get the salt and muck off my car after getting lots of snow over the last few weeks. I purchased their top-tier ultra wash. The brushes seemed very aggressive on the car but I thought it should be fine as the car will be really clean. Not only did there seem to be basically zero drying in the process, my car was basically as dirty coming out as it was going in. Not a good experience. Will be avoiding this place going forward. Photos are AFTER going through the wash. Edit: After speaking with management, the customer service i received was amazing. They did more than I had hoped to make things right. After going through a 2nd time for another wash it was much better. I believe that they were in fact having issues with the system the day I went in. They also offered me a free detail which I have not used yet but plan to soon and expect the results will be very good. I applaud the customer service I received and was impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction. Well done Ultrawash!

Took my hatchback here to get cleaned. I just finished doing some work at home and took some drywall to the dump in my car. I opted for the full service inside and out. Cost me $68 but they were to do my mats and inside the trunk/hatchback. When I was all done I got in my car and left. Everything seemed to be good. Not perfect as there was some missed spots and smudges on the glass surfaces like the radio. Overall seemed not bad. When I got home I opened the hatch only to find out they never even opened it. Did not vacuum in there did not clean. Could still see the drywall dust and chunks all over the place. You can see this on the attached photos. I sent them a message through their website with zero response tried to call a couple times no one answered the phone. Im definitely not going back to this location. I will drive down the road to the other one. Better service and a better job. EDIT...... After I emailed them again. They offered to make it right gave me a free Express detailing and some extras. So I took the car back and talked to the manager on the floor. I brought my car around. The person that greeted me I asked them to make sure the back hatch got done. When the car was finished I went in to take it out and opened the hatch. It was half wiped and again not vacuumed. I called the manager over to show him he tried to say it needed to be carpet cleaned. I asked for him to vacuum it. It took about 40seconds with the vacuum to clean the carpets. He then proceeded to finish wiping the car down. When he was done he asked me to remove this Google review. On top of that my wife took her car there at the same time to just get an exterior wash. As she entered the car wash at the very beginning where your car gets soaped there was zero soap NONE. It was just foaming at the jets where it was supposed to be coming out. So basically we paid for a high pressure rinse not a wash. But they were still pushing the cars through the wash with no soap. When I got home I tried to respond to the email chain I already had going with them. There was zero response from them. Maybe it was just a bad experience for me but I will be avoiding this car wash in the future.

So, I finally decided to treat my car to the works at Nebo Ultrawash the other day and wow!!!! From the second I drove up, I knew this wasnt your average car wash. The whole staff especially the managers Big Moe and Ahmed and the girl at the drive thru booth Mariam were super friendly and helpful and they really seemed to care about making sure I had a great experience. The attention to detail was impressive, with even the wheels and tires looking brand new. It was like my car had undergone a complete transformation! And the interior wash? Incredible!! I swear, my car came out looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor. These guys didnt miss a spot! They meticulously cleaned every inch of my car, from the seats and carpets to the dashboard and console. Every stain and smudge vanished, leaving my interior looking and smelling fresh as a new car. I was so impressed with their level of detail and expertise. The entire experience was a pleasure. Honestly, my car has never been cleaner - it looks and smells brand new! The whole thing was just a really nice experience. They have a comfy waiting area where i enjoyed my coffee while relaxing and watching the magic happen. Honestly, for the price, you cant beat it. Got the Ultrafine detailing package, specifically to get some stains shampooed out of the seats before selling it. While it wasn't clear at first where to go if you had an appointment and it took closer to 7 hours than the 5-6 hours we were told to expect, it was absolutely worth the wait. The car really does look brand new and now I'm extra sad to be selling it! We will definitely be back.
