Popular Car Wash - Free Vacuums

This visit was my first at this carwash & while it did an okay job cleaning my vehicle, it didn't do a great job drying it. There was quite a bit of residual water leftover leading to water-spots. The tire-shine that was applied only covered half the tires. On the positive side, its a better wash than any gas-station carwashes & their hours are better than most similar dedicated carwashes. Pricing seems to be competitive. Id use it again, though it wouldnt be my first choice.

I have a jeep. Its tires are not cleaned properly. They are scratch on my rim. I recommend that not buy the car wash, it's waste of money

Would prefer to give negative star, but thats not a really a thing Claims to be unlimited for a monthly price. Even offers a another wash if youre not satisfied with the job done. I pay monthly for the middle package One day, I went for a wash, then cleaned the inside of my car. I wasnt satisfied with my wash, so I went to go threw one more time before leaving. (This was something I have done many times before. Truely utilizing, the UNLIMITED plan I pay monthly for.) The man asked why I was coming back around and I told them, the front of my car was still very dirty, and I wanted to wash a second time before leaving He took the sprayer and sprayed the front of my car, then he told me to back out and leave. I was actually disgusting with the customer service that followed this interaction. I had gone to speak with the people over at the booth and he mentioned that they have to account for the days numbers and basically told me it wasnt an unlimited service, as advertised. Today I am back to wash, the photos below are from today. He just waved me threw for a second wash this time. I wonder when do these rules apply? When they are in a bad mood, or just whenever they want? Yes, the value seems pretty awesome right? The quality however; is terrible. Both with the wash itself and the customer care.

Would've given them negative star for their customer service. i have a monthly wash membership with them . and every single day i came here to wash my car , i daily face problem with not getting it cleaned properly. today i visited there and got a wash. there was soap as it is on the jeep , i asked the worker and showed him as well and he replied that he couldn't do anything in it and said this car wash is not for all the cars . if that's the case they should mention that it won't work for certain cars so that people should not waste money there . Worst customer service provided. no effort to solve the issues of customers. the pictures ive attached is from today . i would say not worth paying the price.
