Petro-Canada & Car Wash

The car wash at 1020 Dundas Street was broken. I had already scanned my seasonal car wash card, and 1020 sent me here for help. I never thought that at this gas station, an employee (uncle) would refuse to give me a car wash ticket, insisting that he needed to see the physical card instead. Do u mean the Petro-Canada app is trash because you dont believe that after I opened my account, those digital numbers are real?!

Couple of times Carwash blower did not work properly, when I complained, the gentleman told me that it will be fixed, but it was not fixed for next time when I went there, complained again and he said it was fixed and he cant do anything about it. Very frustrating.

We come all the way from burlington to do touchless wash. Its not a touch less wash... Plus leaving all stains spots and... Never had such a bad experience with petrocanada before. I second all reviews regarding car wash here are valid. Definitely never come again.

WOW! Bought a 90 day carwash card in June. Used a handful of times then car wash closed for renovations. Bought because the station was close to my home. Just reopened. Called Petro Canada for a refund. They WOULD NOT. They offered to put the card on hold. Well, called them a few moments ago only to find they DID NOT put the card on hold!! They said they would reinstate the days however they told me the car was was NOT closed. Outrageous. It was ripped up and construction crews worked for months!! Unfortunately, not only will they lose my business they will also lose the business of the company we own.....we have a number of service vehicles and company cars.
