They did a great job! It was my first time there after hearing good things about them! I got the works and the outside of my car was great!! They did a good job on the inside of my car too! I had LOTS and I mean LOTS of dog hair and for the first time coming they did a great job at getting lots of it out and told me the more I come the easier it will be to get it all out! Which i totally get because of the amount of hair, time and cheap price! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of time it took they were very fast! And it's great pricing for what you get!! I will definitely be back! Also they treat you like family, very nice people. Thanks again!!!

I have never encountered such a poorly managed car wash in my life. From the moment I arrived, the employees made it abundantly clear that customer service is not their priority. They were rude, dismissive, and seemed to have zero interest in actually helping people. What's worse is that they didn't treat me--or anyone else in line--like actual human beings. Basic respect and courtesy were completely absent. When I asked a simple question about their services, I was met with eye rolls and sarcasm. To top it off, the car wash itself was subpar. If they treat their customers this badly, I can only imagine how little care they put into their work. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value your time, money, or self-respect.

Best place to get your car cleaned nice and quick. I brought my grandfathers truck in which was incredibly dirty (mud, crumbs and dog hair) because he has health issues and a giant dog. these guys cleaned it the best they could which turned out surprisingly better than i expected. it no longer smells awful and Im very thankful for them. I have been frequenting Riverside car wash recently. Not only have they won Best Car Wash Service in Windsor 3 years in a row but the prices are reasonable and the service is impeccable! Always my Jeep is fresh smelling, shiny and super clean inside and out. I was helped by Tony he was professional, polite, efficient and friendly! Keep up the good work! The worse car wash place Ive tried in my entire life. My experience was a horrible one. The workers are drunk, the car cleaning was less than sloppy. I also left a tip, while one of their workers can threatens me with my life, and not letting his co-workers finish the job badly done. It seems like I paid to be called names, be insulted when I asked them to clean properly the back of my car. Avoid this business, bad people, bad manners.
