Extremely rude lady at the front desk. I came 2 weeks ago to ask for an estimate for my husbands car. Two very nice men gave me the estimate and said the job would take 2h. We have to pick up our son at 11am at daycare every day and it was already 9:30 so I left. My husband then called and made an appointment. He asked for the earliest possible slot so he could be out before 11 to be able to pick up our son if needed. They gave him a 7:30am appointment, so plenty of time to spare. As it turned out, we ended up needing this spare time today as I had an emergency appointment, and my husband had to absolutely pick up our son at 11am because I wasnt available to do so. When my husband asked this lady when the car would be ready she said noon. My husband said he had been told it was 2h and that he really couldnt stay past 11. She proceeded to call him a liar, told him there was no way anyone could have said that, and was extremely rude in her tone. My husband had to leave because guess what: a kid is more important than a car appointment, and if your wife is dealing with a health issue and attending an emergency appointment she cannot miss, then she really cant pick up the kid either. In fact I would like to add that with this health development were dealing with my husband briefly considered canceling the appointment but said I cant, that would be so rude after they called me to confirm and I said yes I am extremely disappointed in this ladys attitude, especially when the other people were so nice in the beginning. Were obviously never coming back.

They where fast and friendly. The work was done perfect.

Friendly, efficient, professional. Needed a new windshield after large stone strike during a trip. Chose this spot as having the best reviews online, and was not disappointed. Very pleased with the service I received. Only one small blemish was they didnt clean up all the little rubber tailings on the dash after the install.
